This is the middle rack. You can also remove/adjust the tines, plus you can lower it if you have taller glasses, etc. to fit.

I've pulled out the 3rd rack on the very top ... it can hold utensils and stuff.

If you take the grays racks and turn them so that they left to right (instead of top to bottom like there are in this picture), they are recessed about 1-1/2 inches, so you can fit slightly bulkier utensils in it.
