There are 5 cycles, including something called "Pot scrubber" ... you can put in your pots facing the jets and they supposedly get clean! I don't put my pots and pans in the dishwasher, but I'm thinking a baked-on casserole dish would be a good thing to try pot scrubber on.

It has 3 racks, all of which are customizable to fit different kinds of dishes. (The round things on the back wall of the dishwasher are the potscrubber jets.)

You can remove all the tines in this rack to place bigger things, etc. The cutlery caddy is HUGE.

This is a "small items" holder ... good for little Tupperware lids.
